II. CNC System
The CNC system is mainly composed of PC control system, drive, servo motor, etc.

High speed processing
A high speed CNC laser cutter requires extremely short program segment cycle time (7200 program segments/
second) as well as special control algorithm and communication function. The “adaptive pre reading function” will
pre process programs of 2000 program segments on real time basis, and calculate the maximum feed rate within
the range of programming parameters and limits to meet the requirement of complex processing.
High control precision
The requirements of high productivity, high precision and good surface processing quality have been always
improving continuously.
Comprehensive diagnosis function and rapid failure finding;multiple kinds of cutting gas are changed conveniently
through the CNC system.
