2.The zero meter mechanism has simple operation, and 100% conversion rate.
3. It has fixed-meter (length) shutdown, automatic shutdown at the tail end and reverse winding functions, during the perforating process, if it occurs to paper breaking, it will shut down automatically.
4. Using the mechanical skid plateform, you can adjust the perforating row spacing and focal distance, it’s very easy and precise for operation.
5. It adopts the totally sealed optical circuits in order to avoid the contamination of external environment to the optical circuits lenses
6. The dedusting system is installed out of the box , so it’s convenient to clean and can avoid the contamination of the box interior and optical circuits.
7. Using the industrial air-conditioner cooling control cabinet, it can ensure the stable performance of electrical components.
8. The water chilling system can be controlled freely by temperature, in order to keep constant temperature, and offer the good working temperature for laser generator.
9. The optical shutter of optical circuits, gas valve and the instruments are arrayed in the host panel in order to facilitate operation and warning.
10. Productivity power : when it produces 500 cu double row holes tipping papers, the perforating speed is no less than 550m/min, and it needs about five minutes to process a plate paper, when it produces 300 cu double row holes tipping papers, the perforating speed can reach 600m/min, and it needs about 4-6 minutes to process a plate paper.
