Machine feature
Japan imported "SMC" proportional valve,it is installed on the laser cavity:
1, Using this valve can achieve the auto switch of 3kind of cutting gas supply
(Oxygen,Nitrogen or compressed air).
2, Using this value can achieve the auto pressure control of the cutting gas ,this will be easy to
control the cutting
gas pressure when cutting different shape or design,especially for small holes,lines,intricate and small parts precision cutting.
Imported Laser head with automatic Focusing Height Follower:
Imported famous brand laser head+follower system with condenser sensor and anti collision device function, An automatic sensor senses the capacitance from the tip of the isolated cutting nozzle to the metal
being cut. This data is then fed into the Height Follower Controller;if the metal sheet have wavy surfaces,
the focus height follower can ensure constant distance between the focal lance and the plane of the
metal sheets to be cut,so that consistent cutting quality can be achieved,It can avoid defects caused by
wavy metal surfaces and also avoid the damage of the nozzle head.
Double Drive System:
1. Imported servo system ensures the possibility of realizing extreme precise positioning with the excellent dynamic
response acceleration property and closed loop control method, and that makes moving positioning mechanism
operate smoothly, reliably and free of maintenance;
2, Double drive Motors system in Y axis,(X,Z axis is one); location accuracy: ≤±0.04mm 3, X,Y axis with gear and rack transmission instead of ball screw transmission 4. Imported Linear Guide rail Higher speed noise volume is lower,ensure high accuracy and long service life.
5. Automatic lubricate system for linear guide rails:at the right end of the machine w/ a automatic lubricate
system that can lubricate the linear guider rails normally 480min/time,this time can be adjust also
you can lubricate it manually.
Imported Reduction Gear: Installed on Y axis,total 2pcs(1pc for each Y axis motor),it can protect the ball screw transmission and keep the
smooth operation of the mechanism.
