1,Power unit
IV - 2260EX explosion-proof industrial vacuum cleaners, is composed of a power of 2200W explosion-proof motor as a power source (explosive-proof grade EXEIIBT4), the machine adopts stainless steel by the electrostatic shielding type chain guide, prevent the machine from static electricity in the work.
2,Filltering unit
Filter is placed in steel barrel, made of conductive antistatic polyester materials, filter area (2 square meters), to achieve high precision filter (3 microns), conductive material is produced in order to avoid electrostatic spark.
3,Collector unit
Sucked material collected from a removable dust collection box, fixed wheels (80 litres), can easily and safely deal with the collected material.Dust collecting box (AISI304 stainless steel), vacuum cleaner placed in equipped with anti-static wheels and grounding chain strong steel chassis, and electrostatic grounding to avoid electrostatic spark.
