Automatic High Speed Facial Tissue Paper Production Line Servo Motor Driven is is mainly for the production of boxed facial tissues, soft drawing facial tissues and v fold paper towels.The whole production process goes like this: raw paper fed into the folding machine and folded facial tissues output, slit and sorted automatically and loaded into box packing machine or plastic packing machine.  This production line is exported to Europe and Southeast Asia and other markets, has won the praise of the new and regular customers. It adopts advanced PLC computer programming system and speed adjust by inverter, automatic stacking unit. HMI operation panel to input all data.

Folding Section

Vacuum folding with vacuum pump.  

V fold/Interfold.   N fold, M fold, C fold or special folding to be customized.

Upper blades fixed, bottom blades rotating.

Unwinder Section

Two Back Stand.  

Automatic loading jumbo roll pneumatically. 

With wide flat belt driven.

With tension system manually adjusted by cone pulley 

Driven by independent motor, each jumbo roll controlled by an independent motor. NO chain.

Embossing section

Steel to rubber embossing units.

Pneumatic control system. Controlled by cylinders.

With felt oil wiper for removing static electricity, tissue wastes, and dusts from the rollers.

Tension system

Manually adjusted by cone pulley or speed controller. 

Counting system

Pneumatic counting. 

Left-Right stagger counting or ink mark.

Control system

Frequency speed control (inverter control)
