Product Description

Features:

1. This machine is widely used in milling the natural rubber, synthetic rubber

and plastic powder production etc.

2. Developed by adopting domestic and overseas technology.

3. Mainly composed of one or multiple millers, collector, draught fan, cyclone

and control cabinet system.

4. Miller consists of frame, motor, stepless feeding motor, feeding device,

fixed and rotary discs.

5. Basic principle is to mill and grind rubber into rubber powders by the

relative movement of fixed and rotary discs.

6. Wind and water cooling system can ensure the output quality

7. With such features as low noise, easy operation, high output and

maintenance, no pollution and evenmilling size, etc

The whole line has the following features

1), iron/steel removing ratio>99.5%, fiber removing ratio>98%

2), compact structure ensure running safety, easy maintenance;

3), low energy consumption;

4), adopt automatic control system for whole line, reduce labor cost;

5), no sewage and waste gas discharge, environment protection.

6), available capacity range of our tire recycling lines at present: 400~3000kg/h
