-what is your ways of payment?
T/T or West Union in advanced fully payment by sample order,
or 30% deposit and 70% balance paid before shipment for mass order.
-Delivery time?
7 days for sample order and 15-30 days for formal order.
We can complete 10x40’ containers in one month.
-Do you offer FREE Samples if I want to buy your products?
We never offer free samples, this is high value products so quite few LED lighting. But we would like to pay back the sample charge if you place the formal order above 1000pcs in the future,no problem.
-Do you accept sample order ? How to place the sample order?
Sample orders are acceptable in lowcarbon.Just tell us which items no. of our LED products with specifications, we will send you the proforma invoice to you accordingly. And we will arrange the production once received the Bank Copy of T/T payment.
Normally our minimum order quantity is 300pcs per items after trial order.
