Technical information:
(1) Surface Quality: be free from Oil Stain, Dent, Inclusion, Scratches, Stain, Oxide Dicoloration, Breaks, Corrosion, Roll Marks, Dirt Streaks and other defect which will interfere with use
(2) Mechanical Property: Chemical Composite and Mechanical Property are meted with GB/T, ASTM, ENAW Standard.
(3) Interior diameter:405mm or 505mm
(4) Coating hardness: (pencil hardness) more than 2H
(5) Impact resistance: no cracking and peeling
(6) Flexibility(T-bend) : no more than 2T
(7) MEK resistance: more than 100
(8) Application: roofs, facade cladding, ceilings, aluminum curtains, composite panels, pipe wrap, advertisement plates, instrument panels, and other uses.
General Terms Of Business:
1. Minimum quantity
Painted coil and special coil: 5 tonnes per style per color.
2. Payment terms: pay by T/T. 30% deposit upon receiving the order, balance should be paid before the shipping effected.
3. Sample charge need to be prepaid before shipping.
4. Production lead time is about 4-5 weeks after we receive the deposit, and lead time will be different according to the order quantity and style.
Packing And Service
- The coils are covered with plastic film and brownpaper ,packaed with wooden plate,directly loaded into container for transshipment.
