Which is a matrix body PDC bit using arc-type double rows design with eight spiral blades and long parabolic profile with high wear design,effectivey improve the pdc bit impact resistant and abrasive resistant,thereby improving the rate of speed.Balanced by hydraulics esign,with each blade cutting the amount of displacement is proportional to te volume of cuttings transport to match the drill cuttings transport capacity optimization.Submarine shaped likehigh brasin protection and debris flow path design enables streamlned channel formation,which prevents balling trend caused by the swirl and eddy.Dynamic flow simulating technology is uesd for hydraulic design to ensure optimum bottom hole flow patters and anti-balling.
Suitable for high compressive strength,high abrasive hard and tight formations,such as Limestone,Calcareous Shale,Siliceous Sandstone,Siltstone.

Matrix body fixed cutters are made from tungsten carbide material. This provides
improved wear resistance and erosion.Additionally, they are typically more heavy
set as far as cutter count.In applications of high fluid volume or high sand, matrix body
bits offer longer life and multiple bit runs.
2,Steel body
Steel body fixed cutters are made from a high alloy steel. Advanced machining
technology has improved the manufacturing precision remarkably.
