Carbon steel double groove ball bearing 608ZZ
1. Groove Depth: 1mm, this depth will make the plastic more well connected with the groove.
2. Outer Ring: Thickest ( this could make sure the outer ring won't be broken easily.
3. Grease: Transparent Mobil ( good quality grease will not go out of bearing during the plastic injection.)
4. Retainer: Metalic ( If by the plastic, it will not support the high temperature in the injection.)
5. Raceway Grinding: This make the bearing more durable.
6. Balls: Class 100; HRC 55.
7. Inner Ring and Outer Ring HRC: 55
