Description
1.DFG series high temperature model cooling towers are designed for the following working condition: Baromatric P=1.004c×10⁵Pa (753mmHg), dry-bulb temperature φ=31.5℃,wet-bulb temperature =28 ℃,hydraulic temperature t1=60℃,outlet temperature t2=35℃.
2.Shower stuffing adopts high temperature resistants,if hydraulic inlet temperature is equal or above 60℃,please inform us.
Attention
1.The place where is well ventilated,no heat source and building shutter should be chosen.
2.Please pay attention to the carrying capacity of cooling tower when choose the site.
3.Foundation costruction should be in accordance with the sample measure or the graph paper supplied by the supplier.
4.The distance between tower and tower or tower and building should not less than one time of the largest outside diameter,the distance of Ultra-low noise mode tower should be longer.
5.If the user sets up pool by himself,the dapth,size and site of outlet pipe and pollution discharge,emptying,encharge pipe depend on the exact need.
6.Hydraulic pump and and electric controlling box are not included in the standard disposes,if you need,you can purchase from us.
7.In case of fire,oxygen and electric welding are not allowed to use.If necessary,relevant precautionary measures should be taken.
8.Before trial run,make sure that tower basis and the ground sill joint tightly,check the joint condition of each part,add certain oil,and connect engine wines.
9.As an important equipment,cooling tower should be operated by a professional,who examines on time,makes the record and solves the problem when out of order.
10.If cooling tower out-of-use for a long time should be coverd with tarpaulin,in case that sundries damage parts to influence its performance.
