LIAONING WEIERMA LARGE STEEL PIPE MANUFACTURING CO., LTD was established in 2001 with registered capital of 161million Yuan. It covers an area of 130,000 M2. There are 400 staffs in our company, and 60 professionals.
There are 9 SSAW production lines and 1 LSAW production line. Annual production capcity is 300,000 tons. We have improved productive technology, advanced production facilities and inspection equipments. We adopt the molding technology of Germany, auto welder and auto submerged arc tracking systerm of America Lincoin. we also have auto cut systerm and the pipe end diameter expandiing machines.
LSAW unit use high-efficiency molding method and advanced welder. It can produce high-grade oil and gas used steel pipe. Inspection equipment: we have X-ray television flaw detection, ultrasonic inspection, hydraulic test of 4000 tons, impact tester, drop hammer impact tester, universal testing machine, direct-reading spectrometer, oxgen and nitrogen analysis meter, metalloscope, all kinds of reliable test and inspection equipments.
