2. Description:
The machine has simple and reliable structure and smart layout. The main transmission is realized by imported AC frequency converter to control both sides' synchronous speed adjusting drive, with stable speed, digital display of line speed which is reliable. And there is three axis mechanical tracking guide arc device, while the up and down is pneumatic tracking, the left and right is floating tracking, thus ensure welding gun to centralize the welding seam accurately. The sub merge arc welding power setup device is on the gantry gate, and moves along, and in this way, the control cable and welding cable is short, and reply fast, pressure drop small, welding currency stable. Welding control and gate frame control are integrated and easy to operate. The cable in welding arm is in the form of imported drag chain, neat and safe.
On horizontal direction, this machine uses the pneumatic flexibility (give up the tracking on vertical direction, the reason is when welding, the splashing of covering flux intervenes the sensor to cause bad influence on welding seam). By using the guiding wheels, the welding tips align with the welding seam at all, and keep a certain distance. The flux recovery system is composed by recyclers, flux boxes, hoppers, etc. the two recyclers are put on the upper platform, flux fall on the seam from the hoppers through hand valves. The recycle pipes suck the rest flux into the flux boxes, filtered by sieve, then into the hoppers after hand valves. The dust is sucked into the recycler, the flux mass remains on the sieve.
The electrical control system of this machine is composed by one control cabinet and one operation box. The control cabinet is fixed on the side of the gate frame; inside there is AC inverter, to control the gate traveling. Operation boxes are fixed on the column of the gate frame, easy for operation.
