2. Description:
This machine is mainly used for milling the end face of H beam and box beam, even the round pipe.
The horizontal feed mechanism is installed on the machine body, and composed by lead screw and lead nut, bearing seat etc.
The elevating mechanism is installed on the stand column, and composed by lead screw and lead nut, bearing seat etc.
Feeding of slide table and elevate of milling head is controlled by servo motor from Guangzhou GSK980TD CNC, it is the first generate whole digital AC servo system in China, and adopts the latest digital signal processor DSP (TMS320F2407A), large-scale programmable gate array (CPLD), and Mitsubishi intelligent power module (IPM) from American IT company. The CNC system is high integration, small volume, complete protection and good reliability, and adopts fine PID accumulation to finish PWM control and the performance reaching the international level.
The hydraulic working table is horizontal locating face, the orientation seat is vertical locating face, and the workpiece is clamped from up and side face by the clamping block driving by hydraulic cylinder.
The hydraulic station is especially equipped for hydraulic working table; it supplies power for two up pressing cylinders and two side pressing cylinders.
