2. Description:
The milling head of this face milling machine is 1TX40 standard structure, its main shaft rotation speed is 80-400rpm, and cutter diameter is Ø200mm.
The horizontal feed mechanism is installed on the machine body, and composed by motor speed-reducer (double-speed), lead screw and lead nut, bearing seat etc, the motor is frequency control double-speed motor, which can make both workpiece feeding speed-adjust, and lost motion quick-return operation.
The elevating mechanism is installed on the stand column, and composed by motor speed-reducer, lead screw and lead nut, bearing seat etc, the motor is frequency control double-speed motor which can make convenient speed-adjustment.
The hydraulic working table is horizontal locating face, the orientation seat is vertical locating face, and the workpiece is clamped from up and side face by the clamping block driving by hydraulic cylinder.
