2. Description:
This profile bending machine is mainly used in various steel profile bending. The device is the 3-roller arc-adjustment profile bending machine, it with pre-bend function. And it composed of the base body,sides rollers,support rollers,drive part,electrical part,hydraulic part,mold and so on. It can roll " O " spiral and etc. shape work pieces.
It is widely in petrol, chemical, shipyard, metal working and machine manufacturing industries.Three rollers are main droved,can do the pre-bending,through adjusting the guide rollers.it is easy to correct the deformation from the bending process.
3. Mould
The material of mould is 42 CrMo,
Through forge—anneal—machining –hardening and tempering ( rigidity HB220-260)—flaw detection—finish machining –quench—(HRC48-52)—grinding.
This mould has good rigidity , wear resistance and long life , which is very suitable for high load work.
