enhance precison.
Three-Point supporting rolling guide,to eliminate guide's gap and enhance
the shearing quality.
Blade's gap is agjusted by hand wheel,easy,fast and accurate.
Rectangle blade,blade's full edge can be used,lont time usage.
Shear Angle can be adjusted between 0.5-2.5°,promote shearing function
reducing the plate's deformation.
Location of backage and shear number is displayed by NC equipment.
Structure:
The guillotine shear machine is second enhanced shear machine and widely used
in all plate metal solution industry.
Weld :The machine body is all welded connected through good quality steel plate.
The process has gone through the vibration and aging treatment to eliminate internal
stress with good rigidity and high stability.
Machine is composed by front-feeding platform, working table, machine front body,
side electronic-box, Hydraulic system including gear pump and hydraulic valve, Motor,
Backgauge, Nitrogen pullback cylinder, and control or display nc/cnc system and
cutted plate lift declined platform,cylinder,hydraulic oil tank, pipe connectors and
high-pressure pipes.
