Overview
Liquid turbine flow meter consists of two main parts---turbine sensor and display instruments. It has adopted advanced technology and obtains following characteristics: simple structure, light, high accuracy, good repeatability, quick response and easy to install and maintain. Liquid turbine flow meter is widely applied to measuring liquid in sealed tube; not corrosive with stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti,2Cr13, corundum Al2O3 and cemented carbide; with no fiber, particle or other impurity; kinematic viscosity less than 5 × 10-6m2/s in working temperature. When the kinematic viscosity is faster than 5 × 10-6m2/s, needs to calibrate the meter before using. Also it can match with display instrument with special functions to realize quantitative control, excessive alarm etc. In all, it is an ideal choice for low conductive liquid.

Liquid flows through the turbine housing causing an internal rotor to spin. As the rotorspins, an electrical signal is generated in the pickup coil. This signal is converted intoengineering units (liters, cubic meters, gallons etc.) on the local display where isapplicable. Optional accessory modules can be used to export the signal to other equipment.……………………………………..
