1. The most important thing of mental process craft is forming system technology. It plays a more and more remarkable role in modern manufacture process, at the present, the rolling machine usually use big motor or huge and bulky multistage mechanical transmission mechanism. The mechanism depends on fixed gear and belt for transmission and limit the speed of rolling for process unit and transmission mechanism. This system can only make single material. For example, copper rod mill can not roll aluminum rod. Different section need special machine to make, present system can not process special ally machine and so on, meanwhile,big transmission cases drive some frames to work but excessive current will waste more resources. Transmission system in cases will happen to abrasion when it has ling time to work, in the process, it may have some problems for instability, push and pull to influence product quality. Besides, process device and mechanism are setting not reasonably. It may take a lot of time and increase worker’s diffculties to change the roller. We need to reform and innovate available equipment because it will not meet modem enterprise’s requirements, from the market survey and demand, we haven’t have this practical application.in order to meet the demand of market, we must develop a mental machine system with multifunctional and small cross section.
2. The unit is used for processing copper alloy rod for cold rolling. Copper alloy rod is rolled by cold rolling mill to improve mechanical property and remedy the limitation of casting. The producing capacity is 2.5tom per hour, it can roll the rod from 17mm to 8/6mm.
3. The machine designed by us is each stand driven by separate frequency motor or servo motor, so each stand still is sync after changing the rolling pass of and rotation speed. Process roller can change the pass, and each rotation speed can be set on touch screen.thus, under the premise of meeting stand’s strength,two-roller cold rolling mill can roll different size of copper rod. Different material also. Like 17mm-8mm,or 14.4-8mm,or 12.5-6.8mm or 8-4mm. Its same like Germany’s.
The unit is used for copper rod cold rolling. Through cold rolling, the mechanical behavior can be raised and the defects from casting can be also fetched up. The producing capacity is 2.5ton / hour when roll from Φ17mm to Φ8mm.
