Materials Composition:
- 41% MDF
- 39% Paint
- 12% Photos and mat and glass

Features:
- Carb2 or E1 Standard MDF is used in the mass production.
- The sizes of the products can be controlled within the random error which from plus 1 mm to minus 1 mm. Because all the frame moulding, or back or glass is cut by the machine which is connected to the computers so the workers can easily cut them very accurately.
- Only free-lead paint is used for the painting on the frame.
- The last finishing of the item is handmade 100 percents. You never find two items are the same in your order.
- The last step of the painting is done in dust-free workshop to make sure there is no dust on the surface of the products.
- The product will be burnished so many times before it goes to next paint to make sure the paint can easily cover the surface of the product.
- All the goods will be packed to 5 layer master cartons which is very strong and solid to protect the goods from possible damage during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.
- The pizza box we use for the individual packing is white color and the white is just like the pearl white. We also can make other kind of white such glossy white if you need.

1. When can you get the information you need from us after you contact with us?
Normally, in our working hours, we will give you the reply immediately within 30 minutes. If it out of working periods, we will give your feedback within 12 hours after your inquiry.
2. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples be finished?
It will take 5 days as the longest time for us to finish your samples order.
3. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.
4. What shall we do after the goods is shipped out to you?
Firstly, we will send you the shipping advice to you which containers the shipping information of the vessel and the goods to help you the purchase the insurance of this shipment. This is very important for the buyers to reduce the risk of the shipment we consider. Secondly, we will follow the shipment timely. Before the container arrives at your port, a kindly email will be sent you as a reminder to remind you the container will arrive soon. Thirdly, after you receive and check the goods, we need your help to give us some feedback on the quality of the goods such as the packing, the details of the goods and so on.
5. How does our QC team work in our factory?
Frankly speaking, every customer who buys the goods from us always say that Union Frame products are really in good quality. The quality can be the same with the samples you receive before the mass production. Why? As we have a very strict QC system in our factory. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading. In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.
