Materials Composition:

Features:
- The last coat is finished in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. It means every piece of the frame before last assembling process is very clean and perfect looking.
- The items are cut by machine which is digital controlled by the computer and the precision of the machine can be plus / minus two millimeters based on the customers’ required sizes.
- 100% handmade finishing on the frame shows the optional style of the products.
- Carb2 or E1 Standard MDF is used in the mass production.
- The surface of the product will be polished by machine firstly and then by skilled workers. In this way, before next paint, the surface of the product is as smooth as possible.
- The pizza box we use for the individual packing is white color and the white is just like the pearl white. We also can make other kind of white such glossy white if you need.
- The lead content of the paint is very low, which is no more than 0.06mg/L if you need.
- All the goods will be packed to 5 layer master cartons which is very strong and solid to protect the goods from possible damage during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.

1. How long will it take for you to get the samples?
The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.
2. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
If you just need one or two piece of the samples, they are free. However, If you need more than that, the samples will be charged and the sample fee can be returned to you if there is an order from your side.
3. How do our QC inspectors control the quality of the products in our factory?
There is a 3 - level QC system in our factory. Why does it call three level? Firstly, we will check the products during the production. Secondly, we will check all the goods before the packing. Finally, we will open the cartons randomly before the shipment. We do our best to control the quality of every product for our customer.
4. When can you get the information you need from us after you contact with us?
The longest time is 12 hours.
5. How about the after sales service we can provide?
Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. We will also follow when the goods will arrive at your port and how about the quality of the goods you feel and your sales of the goods in your market as well.
