Features:
- Only the MDF which fits E1 or Carb2 standard will be used in the mass production.
- All the paint including priming paint or last paint does not contain the lead. So it is very clean paint.
- The moulding or MDF board are but by the machine. For their sizes, they are controlled by the digital computer. The difference range of the sizes is from + 2mm to – 2 mm which is very accurate.
- All the painting on the surface of the products are 100% handmade.
- Drop test can be required if you need the mailorder packing
- The finishing coat is finished in dust-free workshop. All the goods are clean wiped.
- Before each painting, the surface of each product is polished smoothly.
- The master cartons and pizza box are very strong to protect the goods during the transportation to the customers.
