Materials Composition:
- 50% MDF

- Only the MDF which fits E1 or Carb2 standard will be used in the mass production.
- The passepartout is pure white which thickness is 2 mm and it looks very high valued.
- The paint we use are environmental, which contains lead less than 0.06%.
- All the products are cut by digital control machine so the difference between the actual sizes of the products and your required sizes of the products are within +/- 1mm. It means our precision of the products sizes in frame industry is very high.
- The last finishing of the item is handmade 100 percents. You never find two items are the same in your order.
- The finishing coat is made in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. So for the finished items, their surface is without any dust.
- The pizza box we normally use as the individual packing for the item can be changed to closed white box if you need.
- All the goods will be packed to 5 layer master cartons which is very strong and solid to protect the goods from possible damage during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.

1. How long can the customers get their required quotation or information after their inquiry?
We will send your reply timely if we are online or in our working hours. If it is too late for us to give you're the reply, the reply can be sent you in 12 hours as the deadline we promise to you.
2. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples be finished?
3 to 5 working days is the delivery time of the samples. And if you need many samples such as 30 items, it will take a little longer time.
3. After the goods is shipped to you, what kind of service you will still enjoy?
Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. 4. How many pieces of the free samples you can get from us?
The samples can be sent you freely if you only need no more than 2 piece. If the samples you need are more than 2 piece, they will be charged but the charges can be given back to you if there is an order from your side.
