1. Only the MDF which fits E1 or Carb2 standard will be used in the mass production.
2. All the paint including priming paint or last paint does not contain the lead. So it is very clean paint.
3. The frame moulding, glass or the back of the frame are cut by digital machine. The machine is connected to the computer. And our workers adjust their sizes in computer program to make sure the random error between the actual sizes and the required sizes is within 1mm difference.
4. The finishing of the frames are handmade by the workers. So each frame you buy from us is solo one in the world.
5. The finishing coat is made in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. So for the finished items, their surface is without any dust.
6. The master cartons, which are used to protect the goods, are very strong, Its standard can meet the international standard for the cartons.
7. Your own logo or any patterns you like can be printed on the white pizza box if your order quantity is ok.
8. Rust prevention is obligatory to do on the hardness before they are used in the mass production.
9. The glass is washed by the water in the machine and dried in the machine as well. So the glass is very clean and no dirty mark on it in the product
10. Frame corners are joined by a high frequency healed machine. So the glue at the corners can be drying very fast to make the corners strong enough.
