Materials Composition:

Features:
- Carb2 or E1 Standard MDF is used in the mass production.
- The paint we use on the frame almost does not include the lead which we call it lead free. The content of the lead is so low that it can reach the standard of USA or Europe.
- Each part such as the frame and back is cut by the machine which has a computer control. The digital control is to make sure the precision of cutting is from + 1mm to – 1mm.
- 100% handmade finishing on the frame shows the optional style of the products.
- Every item in the mass production is without any dust because the last coat is painted in one no dust workshop.
- The product will be burnished so many times before it goes to next paint to make sure the paint can easily cover the surface of the product.
- Mail order packing or drop test packing is workable for us because we have some customers who specialize in online business. So we have much experience in this kind packing.
- Normally, the photos are printed on the coated paper which is cheaper. However, if you need, we also can print them on the photographic papers as well.
- Frame corners are joined by a high frequency healed machine. So the glue at the corners can be drying very fast to make the corners strong enough.
- The passepartout we used in the frame is with no acid. So that its original color will fade.
