Features:
- This kind frame also can be sold online as we can provide the mail order packing or drop testing packing with you for this kind frame.
- The surface of the product is with no dust and very clean as there is a dust-free workshop for the last coat paint.
- All the MDF which is used to make the frame or inlay or the back contains little formaldehyde which is no more than 1.5mg/L. This MDF is ok for the E1 standard which can be exported to Europe. Of course, we also can use E0 or Carb2 MDF which formaldehyde is evens less if the customers need.
- The last finishing of the item is handmade 100 percents. You never find two items are the same in your order.
- The tolerant error range of our products is just +/- 1mm. All the cutting production process is well controlled by the machine which is connected to the computer. So it can be called digital controlled production process.
- Polishing on the surface of the products is done three times at least both by the machine and the skilled workers. This step is ensuring that next paint can cover the product uniformly.
- The paint used in the frames is very clean which is ok for RoHS. For example, the lead content is very low, which is less than 0.06mg/L.
- The finishing coat of each item is made in the dust-free workshop. In this plant, there is windy system to press the dust to the ground so that the dust can not float in the air to attach to the surface of the products.

1. How do our QC inspectors control the quality of the products in our factory?
We have our own QC team. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading.
In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export.
2. How many pieces of the free samples you can get from us?
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.
3. How long will it take for us to give you the response after your inquiry?
Usually, we will give you the reply immediately and if it is out of our working hours, we will give you the feedback within 12 hours.
4. If you order a sample, when can you get it?
You will get the samples in 3-5 working days based on the quantity you ordered.
5. How about the after sales service we can provide?
For each shipment, we will follow the container status until the container arrives at your port. And after that we will also follow if there is any damage during the transportation and how about the quantity of the goods you receive.
