Materials Composition:
- 42% MDF
- 41% Paint
- 9% Photos and mat and glass
- 8% Accessories
Features:
- Just E1 or Carb2 standard MDF is allowed to use in our production. It means the content of formaldehyde is very low.
- The sizes of the products are controlled to cut by the digital machine which is attached to computer. The workers can easily to control the random error at the range of + / - 1 mm.
- The paint we use on the frame almost does not include the lead which we call it lead free. The content of the lead is so low that it can reach the standard of USA or Europe.
- All the painting on the surface of the products are 100% handmade.
- All of our products are clean wiped with out any dust. Why? The finishing coat is made at one no-dust workshop in our factory.
- Skilled workers polish the products many times to ensure the surface is ready for next paint..
- Our master cartons are 5 layers with two corrugated. Normally, the outer paperboard weight is 140g/ and the middle paperboard is 100g/ and the inner paperboard is 120g/. So the cartons are strong enough to protect the goods save from our factory to your warehouse.
- One or Two pieces can be put together to make a set packing.

You can get two free samples without any charge. If you need more samples, they will be paid. However, if there is an order from your side, the samples cost can be deducted from the order.
