1. Only the MDF which can be workable for E1 or Carb2 standard can be used in the mass production, which Formaldehyde content is no more than 1.5mg/L.
2. The paint we use on the frame almost does not include the lead which we call it lead free. The content of the lead is so low that it can reach the standard of USA or Europe.
3. The tolerant error range of our products is just +/- 1mm. All the cutting production process is well controlled by the machine which is connected to the computer. So it can be called digital controlled production process y.
4. The products you purchase from us are almost handmade. So there is no other one which is the same with the one your buy.
5. The finishing coat of each item is done in the no dust workshop. In this workshop, there is windy system to press the dust to the ground so that the dust can not float in the air to attach to the surface of the products. In this way, the last paint does not have any dust on it. So the whole product looks clean and smooth.
6. Before each painting, the surface of each product is polished smoothly
7. Strong and solid cartons are used to pack the goods to avoid any damage which may happen during the transportation from our factory to your warehouse.
8. The pizza box we normally use as the individual packing for the item can be changed to closed white box if you need.
9. All the hardness is up to the RoHS.

1. When can you get the information you need after your inquiry?
 
The longest time is 12 hours..
 
2. How about the samples delivery time?
 
3 to 5 working days is the delivery time of the samples. And if you need many samples such as 30 items, it will take a little longer time.
 
3. If your order is a LCL order, how to ship it out?
 
In fact, we always ask our customers to ship the goods directly from Wuhan port. However, if the order is a LCL order, there is no choice but to ship the goods to Shanghai port firstly and then load them into the container with other goods there, There is a big trouble that it is more than 1000kms from Wuhan to Shanghai, So how to protect the goods from the damage is most important for LCL order. We always use the bubble bag for each item and then add 1 cm or 2 cm thickness foam sheet to the 6 insides of the master cartons to reduce the possibility of the damage for the goods.
 
4. How does our QC team work in our factory?
 
Our QC team is divided into some parts. The first part is in charge of inspecting the quality of the raw materials from our suppliers. The second one is to pick up the random items during the production line. The third part is in change of checking every item before they are packed into the cartons. And the last part is to check the goods randomly from the sealed cartons before the shipment.
 
5. What we can do for protection of the goods during the long distance transportation?
 
Some filler will be added in to the cartons such as PEP bag, Foam Sheet to give enough protection for the goods to reduce the risk of possible damage which is caused in the long transportation from our factory to your warehouse.
