- MDF which formaldehyde content is less than 0.5mg/L can be used in the mass production and this can MDF we can call them E1 MDF or Carb2 MDF. E1 MDF is suitable for European market and Carb2 MDF is workable for USA market.
- The paint we use on the frame almost does not include the lead which we call it lead free. The content of the lead is so low that it can reach the standard of USA or Europe.
- The precision of the product sizes are very high which is from plus 1mm to mumis 1mm.

FQAS:
1. How long can the customers get their required quotation or information after their inquiry?
The longest time is 12 hours.
2. How about the samples delivery time?
We can finish the sample order within a very short period such 5 working days because there are some works in our factory who specialize in making samples for the customers.
3. Does the samples are free to provide or not?
You can get two free samples without any charge. If you need more samples, they will be paid. However, if there is an order from your side, the samples cost can be deducted from the order.
4. After the goods is shipped to you, what kind of service you will still enjoy?
Firstly, we will show you the mass production photos of your order. Secondly, after we get the information of the vessel from the forwarder, we will inform you as soon as we can to help to buy the insurance of the shipment. Thirdly, we will send you a kind reminder if the container arrives at your port. Finally, we will also follow the sales of this container in your market.
5. How do our QC inspectors control the quality of the products in our factory?
We have our own QC team. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading.
In this way, we could be sure the goods are qualified for export..

There is a 3 - level QC system in our factory. Why does it call three level? Firstly, we will check the products during the production. Secondly, we will check all the goods before the packing.
