Materials Composition:

Features:
- The MDF used in all the products are environmental. Its hazardous substance contents are conformed to the international standard such as RoHS. Our always used MDF is Carb2 Standard, which formaldehyde content is less than 0.5mg/L. The lead content of the paint is very low, which is no more than 0.06mg/L if you need.
- The sizes of the products can be controlled within the random error which from plus 1 mm to minus 1 mm. Because all the frame moulding, or back or glass is cut by the machine which is connected to the computers so the workers can easily cut them very accurately..
- The moulding or MDF board is cut by the machine. For their sizes, they are controlled by the digital computer. The difference range of the sizes is from + 1mm to – 1 mm which is very accurate.
- The products you purchase from us are almost handmade. So there is no other one which is the same with the one your buy.
- The finishing coat is made in no-dust workshop to ensure there is no dust on the surface or inside of the frames. So for the finished items, their surface is without any dust
- Every side of the product is perfectly polished before their painting.
- The master cartons are 5 layers with two corrugated papers which are very strong to protect the goods during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse in the container.
- We can make the packing to satisfy the mail order packing or drop test packing.
- The pizza box we use for the individual packing is white color and the white is just like the pearl white. We also can make other kind of white such glossy white if you need

FQAS:
1. When can you get the information you need from us after you contact with us?
Normally, in our working hours, we will give you the reply immediately within 30 minutes. If it out of working periods, we will give your feedback within 12 hours after your inquiry.
2. How long can the customers get the samples after the samples are required?
Usually the samples can be finished in 3 to 5 days. However, if your samples order is a little complex, maybe it will take one or two more days.
3. Does the samples are free to provide or not?
The samples will be charged if you need more than 3 pieces. And the samples will be returned to you if there Is an order from your side.
4. If your order is a LCL order, how to ship it out?
In fact, we always ask our customers to ship the goods directly from Wuhan port. However, if the order is a LCL order, there is no choice but to ship the goods to Shanghai port firstly and then load them into the container with other goods there, There is a big trouble that it is more than 1000kms from Wuhan to Shanghai, So how to protect the goods from the damage is most important for LCL order. We always use the bubble bag for each item and then add 1 cm or 2 cm thickness foam sheet to the 6 insides of the master cartons to reduce the possibility of the damage for the goods..
5. How does our QC team work in our factory?
Our QC team is divided into some parts. The first part is in charge of inspecting the quality of the raw materials from our suppliers. The second one is to pick up the random items during the production line. The third part is in change
