Materials Composition:

Features:
- The MDF used in the frame barely contains the formaldehyde, which solubility is less than 1.5mg/L which is for E1 standard. And we also can use the better MDF such E1 or Carb2 standard if you need.
- The paint we spray on the frame is very clean. The lead content is very low and we can say it is lead-free.
- The product specification is controlled by strictly with an error of +/- 1mm. How can it be ensure? All the part of the items are cut by the digital machine which is handled by the computer program.

FQAS:
1. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples be finished?
3 to 5 working days is the delivery time of the samples. And if you need many samples such as 30 items, it will take a little longer time.
2. How many pieces of the free samples you can get from us?
The samples can be sent you freely if you only need no more than 2 piece. If the samples you need are more than 2 pieces, they will be charged but the charges can be given back to you if there is an order from your side.
3. What shall we do after the goods is shipped out to you?
You can get two free samples without any charge. If you need more samples, they will be paid. However, if there is an order from your side, the samples cost can be deducted from the order.
4. How do our QC inspectors control the quality of the products in our factory?
Our QC team is divided into some parts. The first part is in charge of inspecting the quality of the raw materials from our suppliers. The second one is to pick up the random items during the production line. The third part is in change of checking every item before they are packed into the cartons. And the last part is to check the goods randomly from the sealed cartons before the shipment
5. If your order is a LCL order, how to ship it out?
In fact, we always ask our customers to ship the goods directly from Wuhan port. However, if the order is a LCL order, there is no choice but to ship the goods to Shanghai port firstly and then load them into the container with other goods there, There is a big trouble that it is more than 1000kms from Wuhan to Shanghai, So how to protect the goods from the damage is most important for LCL order. We always use the bubble bag for each item and then add 1 cm or 2 cm thickness foam sheet to the 6 insides of the master cartons to reduce the possibility of the damage for the goods.
