1. All the MDF which is used to make the frame or inlay or the back contains little formaldehyde which is no more than 1.5mg/L. This MDF is ok for the E1 standard which can be exported to Europe. Of course, we also can use E0 or Carb2 MDF which formaldehyde is even less if the customers need.
2. Our paint is lead-free which content of lead is very low to meet the exporting standard.
3. The precision of the product sizes are very high which is from plus 1mm to mumis 1mm.
4. The last step of the finishing is made by the skilled workers. So the surface of the frame is a unique in the world.
5. The finishing coat of all the products are sprayed in one workshop which we call it dust-free plant. So the products are really clean without any dust.
6. The product is needed to polish three time at least before next paint to make sure that the paint can easily attach to the surface of the product.
7. Strong and solid cartons are used to pack the goods to avoid any damage which may happen during the transportation from our factory to your warehouse.
8. The mail order packing and drop testing packing is workable for us as we have some customers who specialized in buying them
9. Normally, the photos are printed on the coated paper which is cheaper. However, if you need, we also can print them on the photographic papers as well.

1. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.
 
2. After the goods is shipped out to you, what will we do for you?
 
Firstly, we will send you the shipping advice to you which containers the shipping information of the vessel and the goods to help you the purchase the insurance of this shipment. This is very important for the buyers to reduce the risk of the shipment we consider. Secondly, we will follow the shipment timely. Before the container arrives at your port, a kindly email will be sent you as a reminder to remind you the container will arrive soon. Thirdly, after you receive and check the goods, we need your help to give us some feedback on the quality of the goods such as the packing, the details of the goods and so on.
 
3. How long will it take for you to get the samples?
 
We can finish the sample order within a very short period such 5 working days because there are some works in our factory who specialize in making samples for the customers.
 
4. How does our QC team work in our factory?

Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system.
