Materials Composition:
- 45% MDF
- 38% Paint
- 9% Photos and mat and glass

Features:
- MDF we use to produce the frames are up to the standard E1 at least, which content formaldehyde is no more than 1.5mg/L. And Carb2 and E0 MDF also are workable fur us if the customers need.
- The paint we spray on the frame is very clean. The lead content is very low and we can say it is lead-free.
- The sizes of the products are controlled to cut by the digital machine which is attached to computer. The workers can easily to control the random error at the range of + / - 1 mm.
- The last finishing step is 100% handmade by skilled workers. Each product you order is an unique in the world.
- The surface of the product is with no dust and very clean as there is a dust-free workshop for the last coat paint.
- Polishing on the surface of the products is done three times at least both by the machine and the skilled workers. This step is ensure that next paint can cover the product uniformly.
- 5 Layers master carton is used to protect the goods from any damage from our warehouse to yours.
- Mail order packing is workable for us if you need.
- Some colorful labels or item labels can be attached to the normal pizza box
- Our inserted photos are pritned by digital printer in very high solution to make sure they look distinct.

1. How long will it take for us to give you the response after your inquiry?
We promise we will reply the customers within 12 hours in working days
2. How long will it take for you to get the samples?
The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need
3. How about the charges if you need some samples from us?
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.
4. After the goods is shipped out to you, what will we do for you?
For each shipment, we will follow the container status until the container arrives at your port. And after that we will also follow if there is any damage during the transportation and how about the quantity of the goods you receive.
5. How about the QC system in our factory?
We have our own QC team. Before every shipment, we will inspect the goods and packing and then take photo for our customers for final confirmation. We have 3- level QC system. We check goods during semi-production before packing and before loading.
