- The MDF we use is ok for E1 E0 or Carb2 standard.
- The product specification is controlled by strictly with an error of +/- 1mm. How can it be ensure? All the part of the items are cut by the digital machine which is handled by the computer program
- The paint we use on the frame almost does not include the lead which we call it lead free. The content of the lead is so low that it can reach the standard of USA or Europe.
- There is a windy system in one workshop which is used for paint. This system and keep the dust not floating in the air so as to make sure there is no dust to attach on the surface of the product.

1. When can you get the information you need from us after you contact with us?
We promise we will reply the customers within 12 hours in working days
2. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples be finished?
Usually the samples can be finished in 3 to 5 days. However, if your samples order is a little complex, maybe it will take one or two more days
3. Does the samples are free to provide or not?
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.

Wuhan is an inland port by the Chang Jiang River. And hundreds of containers can be shipped directly from Wuhan, And the difference from FOB Shanghai and FOB Wuhan of the freight charge of 1x20GP container is just around USD200.00 – USD 300.00. It is much cheaper than the inland freight cost by truck. So we suggest you to choose FOB Wuhan if your order can be full container loading.
