Materials Composition:
- 49% MDF

Features:
- MDF we use to produce the frames are up to the standard E1 at least, which content formaldehyde is no more than 1.5mg/L. And Carb2 and E0 MDF also are workable fur us if the customers need.
- The digital cutting machine is used to product the frames or backs or glass. To make sure the random error of the required sizes is within 2mm. It means the range is from + 1mm to - 1mm
- All the paint which is sprayed on the Frames are lead-free which can pass the international environmental protection standard.
- The last step of the finishing is made by the skilled workers. So the surface of the frame is an unique in the world.
- The finishing coat of all the products are sprayed in one workshop which we call it dust-free plant. So the products are really clean without any dust
- Polishing the surface of each product before next paint is a necessary step. This step makes sure the paint can adhere to the surface of the product good enough.
- Our master cartons are 5 layers with two corrugated. Normally, the outer paperboard weight is 140g/ and the middle paperboard is 100g/ and the inner paperboard is 120g/. So the cartons are strong enough to protect the goods save from our factory to your warehouse.
- This kind frame also can be sold online as we can provide the mail order packing or drop testing packing with you for this kind frame.
- The packing for each item can be varied such as shrink wrap, bubble bag, PEP bag, white box with labels, printed colorful box and so on
- All the hardware passes the Salt Spray Test before they are used in the products.
