Materials Composition:
- 49% MDF
- 35% Paint

Features:
- The MDF can meet either E1 or Carb2 Standard. The difference is that E1 is for European standard and Carb2 is for USA standard.
- The product specification is controlled by strictly with an error of +/- 1mm. How can it be ensure? All the part of the items are cut by the digital machine which is handled by the computer program.
- Our paint is lead-free which content of lead is very low to meet the exporting standard.
- The painted is sprayed by the skilled workers so it looks nice and good.
- The finishing coat of each item is made in the dust-free workshop. In this plant, there is windy system to press the dust to the ground so that the dust can not float in the air to attach to the surface of the products
- The surface of the product will be polished by machine fristly and then by skilled workers. In this way, before next paint, the surface of the product is as smooth as possible.
- The master cartons are 5 layers with two corrugated papers which are very strong to protect the goods during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse in the container.
- Mail order packing or drop test packing is workable for us because we have some customers who specialize in online business. So we have much experience in this kind packing.
- Some colorful labels or item labels can be attached to the normal pizza box
- Normally, the photos are printed on the coated paper which is cheaper. However, if you need, we also can print them on the photographic papers as well.
