Materials Composition:

Features:
- E1 E0 and Carb2 standard MDF can be used in the frame at your request.
- The items are cut by machine which is digital controlled by the computer and the precision of the machine can be plus / minus two millimeters based on the customers’ required sizes.
- The lead content of the paint is very low, which is no more than 0.06mg/L if you need.
- The last finishing of the item is handmade 100 percents. You never find two items are the same in your order.
- The finishing coat of each item is made in the dust-free workshop. In this plant, there is windy system to press the dust to the ground so that the dust can not float in the air to attach to the surface of the products.
- Trained workers polish the surface and back and inside of each frame very carefully before each paint to make sure the product feel as smooth as possible
- The master cartons, which are used to protect the goods, are very strong, Its standard can meet the international standard for the cartons.
- The pizza box we normally use as the individual packing for the item can be changed to closed white box if you need.
- Frame corners are joined by a high frequency healed machine. So the glue at the corners can be drying very fast to make the corners strong enough.

1. When can you get the information you need after your inquiry?
We promise we will reply the customers within 12 hours in working days.
2. How long will it take for you to get the samples?
The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.
3. What the samples charges are if you need some samples?
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.
4. What shall we do after the goods is shipped out to you?
Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. We will also follow when the goods will arrive at your port and how about the quality of the goods you feel and your sales of the goods in your market as well.
5. How does our QC team work in our factory?
There is a 3 - level QC system in our factory. Why does it call three level? Firstly, we will check the products during the production. Secondly, we will check all the goods before the packing. Finally, we will open the cartons randomly before the shipment. We do our best to control the quality of every product for our customer.
