Materials Composition:
- 46% MDF with wood

- The MDF can meet either E1 or Carb2 Standard. The difference is that E1 is for European standard and Carb2 is for USA standard

1. How quickly we can response after your inquiry?
We will send your reply timely if we are online or in our working hours. If it is too late for us to give you're the reply, the reply can be sent you in 12 hours as the deadline we promise to you
2. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples be finished?
The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.
3. How many pieces of the free samples you can get from us?
The samples can be sent you freely if you only need no more than 2 piece. If the samples you need are more than 2 pieces, they will be charged but the charges can be given back to you if there is an order from your side.
4. What shall we do after the goods is shipped out to you?
Firstly, we will send you the shipping advice to you which containers the shipping information of the vessel and the goods to help you the purchase the insurance of this shipment. This is very important for the buyers to reduce the risk of the shipment we consider. Secondly, we will follow the shipment timely. Our QC team is divided into some parts. The first part is in charge of inspecting the quality of the raw materials from our suppliers. The second one is to pick up the random items during the production line. The third part is in change of checking every item before they are packed into the cartons. And the last part is to check the goods randomly from the sealed cartons before the shipment
