Materials Composition:
- 45% MDF with wood
- 35% Paint
- 12% Photos and glass
- 8% Accessories
Features:
- All the MDF which is used to make the frame or inlay or the back contains little formaldehyde which is no more than 1.5mg/L. This MDF is ok for the E1 standard which can be exported to Europe. Of course, we also can use E0 or Carb2 MDF which formaldehyde is even less if the customers need.
- Each part such as the frame and back is cut by the machine which has a computer control. The digital control is to make sure the precision of cutting is from + 1mm to – 1mm.
- Our paint is lead-free which content of lead is very low to meet the exporting standard.
- The finishing of the frames are handmade by the workers. So each frame you buy from us is solo one in the world.
- There is a dust-free workshop in our factory and the last coat is done there. The work environment in that workshop makes sure that there is no dust the surface of the product
- Polishing on the surface of the products is done three times at least both by the machine and the skilled workers. This step is ensure that next paint can cover the product uniformly.
- All the goods will be packed to 5 layer master cartons which is very strong and solid to protect the goods from possible damage during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.
- This kind of frame can be packed into the mail order packing or drop teasting packing for the online business
- The photos in the frames can be Black and White or colorful. It bases on what you prefer

1. When can you get the information you need after your inquiry?
We will send your reply timely if we are online or in our working hours. If it is too late for us to give you're the reply, the reply can be sent you in 12 hours as the deadline we promise to you
2. How long will it take for you to get the samples?
The samples delivery time is always 3 – 5 working days based on how many pieces of the samples the customers need.
3. How many pieces of the free samples you can get from us?
If the samples you need are no more than 3 pieces, they are free to make for you. However, you need to pay us the charges if the samples are more than 3 pieces and this fee can be returned to you when there is an order from your side.
4. What we can provide with you after the goods is shipped out from our factory?
Firstly we can send you the photos of each product in the mass production to prove we have finished the order for you. Secondly, the photos of the loading the goods into the container also can be sent you if you need. Thirdly, after the goods are on aboard, all the information of the shipment will be sent you for reference. We will also follow when the goods will arrive at your port and how about the quality of the goods you feel and your sales of the goods in your market as well
5. What kind of QC is done in our factory?
Our QC team is divided into some parts. The first part is in charge of inspecting the quality of the raw materials from our suppliers. The second one is to pick up the random items during the production line. The third part is in change of checking every item before they are packed into the cartons. And the last part is to check the goods randomly from the sealed cartons before the shipment
