Materials Composition:
- 46% MDF with wood veneer
- 36% Paint
- 9% Photos and glass
- 9% Accessories
Features:
- The MDF we use is ok for E1 E0 or Carb2 standard.
- The frame moulding, glass or the back of the frame are cut by digital machine. The machine is connected to the computer. And our workers adjust their sizes in computer program to make sure the random error between the actual sizes and the required sizes is within 1mm difference.
- All the paint which is sprayed on the Frames are lead-free which can pass the international environmental protection standard.
- The last finishing of the item is handmade 100 percents. You never find two items are the same in your order.
- The finishing coat of all the products are sprayed in one workshop which we call it dust-free plant. So the products are really clean without any dust.
- The product is needed to polish three time at least before next paint to make sure that the paint can easily attach to the surface of the product.
- All the goods will be packed to 5 layer master cartons which is very strong and solid to protect the goods from possible damage during the shipment from our factory to your warehouse.
- The mail order packing and drop testing packing is workable for us as we have some customers who specialized in buying them.

1. When can you get the information you need after your inquiry?
Usually, we will give you the reply immediately and if it is out of our working hours, we will give you the feedback within 12 hours.
2. If you place a sample order with us, when can the samples be finished?
We can finish the sample order within a very short period such 5 working days because there are some works in our factory who specialize in making samples for the customers.
3. The samples will be charged or not?
You can get two free samples without any charge. If you need more samples, they will be paid. However, if there is an order from your side, the samples cost can be deducted from the order.
4. After the goods is shipped to you, what kind of service you will still enjoy?
We keep in touch with clients, reply email timely and meet client’s requirements at the first. We have professional shipping department, we also help client to handle different shipping arrangements.
