Q1, With quality being my main focus in terms of product - please explain the different types of

   quality/grade hair you offer and what the different grades mean.

   Brazilian hair, Malaysian hair, Cambodian hair, Indian hair, Peruvian hair, Chinese hair, European

   hair, Cambodian hair, Mongolian hair etc., hair grade from 3A 4A 5A 6A and even 7A, the 5A and

   6A is the most popular for they are full of abundant stocks, 100% unprocessed hair from young

   vendors,all the hair is cut from vendor's and just clean it and sew in weft to be weaving hair, no any

   processed .on the hair itself. 100% virgin remy hair with full 100% cuticle. Soft and tangle free, of

   more than 2 years longevity.

Q2. My primary interest is in 100% remy human hair - Chinese, Indian or Brazilian - please explain

      the main difference between these different types of hairs.
A: Would like to say the Chinese hair, Indian hair, and Brazilian hair are more and more popular,

   actually to say the Brazilian hair is the most popular in South Africa and even all over the world,

   same as the Chinese and Indian hair, Indian hair is softer then Brazilian hair somehow to say, but             Brazilian hair it keeps longer longevity for it's a little tough then Indian hair, Chinsee hair looks

  much smooth than the Indian hair. All of them has different standards from 5A 6A, 7A.

Q3. How is the hair deloused (chemically, by hand?)
A: Our hair is strict on selection,so we don't source the hair with nits.After we collect the hair ,
   our workers  will use water to clean them by hand without chemical ,just unprocessed hair.

Q4. Are grays and split ends removed?
A: All of our hair is clean and health after manufacture finish by factory,we will use the clean bag 
   to package it and we will not open the package bag.Every time before we ship the hair to our
   customers we will check the package bag whether broken,we just send the good package hair to our
   customers.After customers receive the hair,they can wear on head directly.

Q5. How is the hair collected?

A: The raw materials are imported from overseas(Brazil,Peru,Mongolian,Cambodian,India, Malaysian,

    Europe etc.)We have the special department to collect the hair,and all the hair is strict on selection,

    cut from young girls,one piececut from one donor.
