Q1. Is the hair virgin unprocessed?
A: Yes, the hair is cut from one donor with full cuticle aligned,no acid bath, natural unprocessed.
Q2. Will the hair shedding or tangle?
A: The hair is double weft weaving with no shedding. And as virgin
cuticle aligned with no tangle. It could last over a year if taken good care.
Q3. Why the hair has grey hair?
A: As virgin hair, we keep its original state. We will pick out the grey hair before packing,
but please kindly understand there might be some minimum exist in the bundle
Q4. How many bundles for a full head?
12"-14": 2 bundles, 16"-20": 3 bundles, 22"-28": 4 bundles or more
Q5: How to distinguish human hair with synthetic hair?
Human hair has natural protein. It is easy to tell by burning:
After burning, human hair will be ash , but synthetic hair will be sticky ball. And when burning, human hair shows white smoke, while synthetic hair shows black smoke. And synthetic hair burning smells like burning plastic, but human hair burning like hair scorching smell.
Please note: Human hair may have few gray hair and split end. It is normal and not a quality problem.
Q6. How long is the processing and shipment time?
A: There will be a 24-hour payment verifying time by aliexpress, we will ship the
goods within 24 hours after the verifying time , shipment will take 3-5 days.
Hair
1. The raw materials are imported from overseas (Brazil,Peru,Mongolian,Cambodian,India,Malaysian,
Europe etc.) Our hair is 100gram approximately per bundle,as usually,3 bundles hair can make a
full head.And all the hair is of strict selection raw hair cut from young girls,one bundle hair is from
one donor.
2. As all of our hair is 100% virgin human hair, unprocessed, so it can be dyed and permed, ironed/ straightened under the correct temperature.
3. All of our hair is clean and health after manufacture finish by factory,we will use the clean bag
to package it and we will not open the package bag.Every time before we ship the hair to our
customers we will check the package bag whether broken,we just send the good package hair
to our customers.After customers receive the hair,they can wear on head directly.
