Flux LHHJ107 , it is a No-manganese-Oxide fused flux with pumiceous granule of blue gray to dark gray color, about 10- 50 mesh in size. It uses direct-current. When it is used under higher arc voltage, the penetration is shallow, and the arc is stable. the arc is stable and the appearance of weld is pleasing. Meanwhile, the consumption of flux is low and it is easy to detach the welding slag. Suitable for large area stainless steel clad layer surfacing. It is designed for welding of austenitic stainless steel and is of characteristics with less carbon increment and less chromium loss.
Applications:
This flux is recommended to used with H308,H308L,H347 wires and strips do welding of stainlesss steel and anti-corrosion cladding of nuclear pressure vessel and petrol chemical installations.
It is also used for repair welding of high manganese steel with H0Cr16Mn16. Cooperate with corresponding flux-cored wire, used for squeezing roller, hot roll, casting roller, supporting roller, mill roller surfacing.
