Description

Optical isolator is an optical component which allows the transmission of light in only one direction. It is typically used to prevent unwanted feedback into an optical oscillator, such as a laser cavity. The operation of the device depends on the Faraday effect. Generally it can be divided into singl stage and two-stage optical isolator. It is widely used in CATV, optical fiber testing system, fiber amplifier, optical fiber LAN. All products meet Telcordia GR-1221-CORE.
