I, Solution for dust pollution prevention and control
1, Powder weighing hopper redesigned breathable cap with larger filtering area, better ventilation, more stable quality, to prevent the spillover of the metering powder dust. Each manhole / door adopts hollow elastic rubber strip, effectively prevent dust spills.
2, hot aggregate discharge outlet dust pollution prevention and control
At the bottom of the discharge outlet of the mixing tank and finished products storage tank, increased the suction device and large volume suction duct directly through the bag filter. When excess hot aggregate emptying in the hot aggregate storage tank as long as the suction duct been connected to the bag filter with the help of the switching valve, making sure there is negative pressure in the discharging area (maximum air volume can up to 25m3 / sec), the exhaust generated aggregate dust will enter the bag filter through the pipe, cleaning efficiency ≥95%.(refer to attached photo for white material scene after adding suction duct)
3, pollution prevention and control of powder storage tank
Currently ordinary roof scrubber has small filtering area, simple cleaning device, so it is easy to block the dust collector, bag is easy to break, and due to the high installation location, if the maintenance personnel did not find or do not want to check, then, often the roof scrubber will turn into a ash discharging outlet when producing the powder.
Xitong QLB-H series of environmentally friendly asphalt mixing plant powder hopper adopts single pulse dust collector (filtration area of 60m2), the dust collector realizes automatic dust cleaning, with big air permeability, eliminating the overflow phenomenon when producing the powder.
4, waste overflow material bin
Waste overflow material bin is equipped with a dedicated silo, dust generated during discharging will be collected by the single pulse dust collector (filter area 60m2).
