1, Diesel is applied as fuel to generate hot wind by atomizing burning in the fuel chamber, generated hot air would be induced by the draught fan into the heating cover to heat the pavement ,the cover and the original pavement form a closed space , after heating the pavement, left hot wind will be recycled again through the draught fan to the combustion chamber to be heated again, which means the left heat energy would be re-used by hot recycling.Combustion chamber, heating cover and the pavement effectively form a closed hot recycled system, achieving high efficient pavement heating.
2, Convenient and safe use of fuel: heating by hot wind is a completely mature heating technology, which is convenient and safety for filling and using of diesel, providing convenience for production.
3, Heating method is soft and smooth, which brings low construction aging effect:350--550 hot wind heating, is a kind of "gentle" heating method, minimizing asphalt aging ,ensuring the quality of recycled pavement
4, Fuel saving, low energy consumption: application of recycled hot left-wind, greatly reduces the energy consumption,making efficient use of fuel.
5, Hot wind temperature is controllable as necessary: from 350 to 550 adjustable according requirement at any time
