1. Introduction of Screening system of 3000 model bitumen asphalt mixing machinery

 

A. Summarization

The vibrating screen in QLB2000 model is designed into high-effective, large-volume aggregate classifying equipment. It can screen aggregate of exact specification in spite of thin or coarse, wet or dry.

The screen works according to principle of eliminating, namely, eliminate the coarsest aggregate first to alleviate load on screen and provide more accurate screen for smaller one. This is the most effective method for separating incompact material.

Introducing circle directional casting principle, every-time running of eccentric shaft distributes vibration to whole screen surface despite of load, and until reach the biggest screen load.

Adjustable counterweight is installed on each flywheel to keep screen balanced.

Adjustable spring is installed on four angles. Bracket is installed on incabloc to limit vibration to screen body.

 

B. Check before start-up

. Remove all wrappers and temporary limit.

. Check tension and adjusting equipment of V-strap drive set.

. Check bearing for filled with recommended lubrication.

. Check screen for loose of bolts and retainers, and tighten them anew if necessary.

. Check screen for tension.

. Ensure all drive set is located correctly.
