Cost-saving 80ton asphalt recycling plant added on existing asphalt mixing equipment
Technical features:
It was 2003 when Xitong Group started the development of hot asphalt recycling plant and the first plant went into use in Shanghai Nanhui district. After years of using, rich experience accumulated, through continuous improvement and development, easy blocking and easy aging issues of asphalt recycled materials have been solved. Today, Xitong brand hot asphalt recycling plants have been widely put into use and received a favorable review. Features of the equipments as follows:
1. Dryer adopts special lifting-blade structure, no accumulated material inside the dryer, no need to clean.
2. Exhaust gas in the reclaimed material dryer using reflow technology for secondary burning, combustible constituent in the exhaust gas can fully burn, which helps to reduce discharging of exhaust gas and at the same time reduce the pressure of fresh material dryer.
3. Burner flame comes into the reclaimed material dryer through the furnace. The inner wall of the furnace adopts new technology of combination of high temperature resistant stainless steel plate and high temperature resistant castables. Inner wall cooling and protection between the periphery of burner flame and the inner wall of furnace is made by back flowing exhaust gas, which helps to save energy and prolong the working life of furnace. Adopt imported low pressure atomized burner with elongated flame, no lifting materials in flame zone, therefore asphalt mixture will not touch the flame and the aging of asphalt will not appear.
4, Storage bin is heated by heat transfer oil pipeline, asphalt therefore will be not easy to adhere to silo wall. Meanwhile, a manhole was mounted on the top of the bin, when material sticking appears can also be cleared up immediately, no effects on the normal production of the plant.
5, Use drop compensation method to weight the reclaimed asphalt mixture , computer self-correction, high weighing accuracy.
6, Reclaimed asphalt mixture weighing hopper adopts multiple open technology, making reclaimed asphalt mixture get into the new material mixing tank quickly and evenly, then there will be linkage between weighing hopper and mixing tank, namely, new material mixing tank stops feeding, no reclaimed material entering; Reclaimed material once stops getting into the new material mixing tank, the new material mixing tank will not be counted down.
7, The chute between the outlet of reclaimed material hoist and dryer adopts circular no-sticky tube structure, and mounted with manhole, easy for observing.
