Cold riveting technology 50T hot aggregate bin asphalt mixing plant with Toledo sensor
1.1 Hot aggregate powder bins
With total capacity of about 50T, the 5 hot aggregate powder bins are heat preservation with 50mm rock cotton, the outside wall is covered with stripe color steel plate, reducing temperature is difficult for hot aggregate powder in the short time(reduce less than 20 in 12 hours ). Every bin has the continued hopper feeder, to detect the full positioning condition in the real-time; baffle plates are set on clapboard of hot aggregate bin against wear; each bin has the inspection hole separately and overflow pipeline.
2.1 Metering Part
All of hot aggregate, mineral powder and asphalt adopt pull type sensor for weighing.
* Metering capacity of aggregate powder: 2000 kg
* Metering capacity of fine material: 300kg
* Metering capacity of asphalt: 200 kg
2.2 Hot aggregate weighing
Discharging door of hot aggregate bin adopt anti-jam structure and is easy to open. Upon weighing, the door will close the big door first, smaller door second. Upon auto weighing, computer will calculate for 3 times against allow error to achieve required accuracy. Meanwhile, compulsive manual feeding is also available, when overloaded, computer will send alarm.
Aggregate hopper adopt double-opening-door type for fast discharging and reducing impact against mixing tank, which will reduce mixing cycle.
2.3 Filler weighing
Filler will be sent directly to pyramid type weighing hopper through screw conveyor (Italia WAM) upon weighing, which is succinct and smooth. At the outlet of screw conveyor, there is pneumatic butterfly valve (Italia WAM) which controls the filler impulse effectively to ensure weighing accuracy.
Pneumatic butterfly valve (Italia WAM) is installed at outlet of filler weighing hopper, ensuring no ash leakage from weighing hopper. Weighed filler is then distributed evenly to mixing tank through spraying screw conveyor (Italia WAM) that crossing the whole mixing tank.

2.4.3 Asphalt weighing
Asphalt weighing adopts twice weighing () for customer to choose.
There is float level switch in asphalt weighing tank to prevent asphalt overflow; the computer also has asphalt overload alarm function, when overloaded or overflowed, asphalt feeding pump will stop automatically and alarm will be given.
Asphalt weighing tank has rock-wool to preserve heat in which the asphalt is heated by heat transfer oil; weighed asphalt is pumped and evenly distributed into mixing tank through one pipe that crossing the whole mixing tank.
