Dynabat New Energy is formerly known as Fujian MENSHINE New Energy Vehicle Technology Co., Ltd., which was funded and established by Guangdong DYNAVOLT Power Technology Co., Ltd. on June 28, 2013 and renamed Fujian MENSHINE New Energy Technology Co., Ltd. in April 2015. The Company mainly manufactures the core part of electric car Dynabat New Energy investment of this project is RMB 3 billion, covering an area of 75 acres and with overall floor-age of 150,000m2. After reaching the design capacity, it may manufacture 200,000 electric cars each year, with the output value of RMB 10 billion and tax revenue of RMB 0.5 billion. The project construction is divided into three stages and 5 full-automatic production lines . After reaching the design capacity, the project of the first stage may manufacture 0.1 billion cylindrical lithium ion batteries used for electric car. The overall floor-age of the production workshop, office building, warehouse and supporting facilities is 60,000m2, with 420 sets of main equipment. The total planned area is about 17acers and the construction period of project is about two years. The total investment of the production project of lithium ion battery is about RMB 0.5 billion. After the project reaches its design capacity, the proportion of the lithium ion battery among the revenue structure of the Company will be increased greatly. The lithium ion battery enriches the product structure of the Company and reduces the proportion of the lead-acid battery among the sales volume of the Company, which are conductive to maintaining stable business volume and increasing amount of profit. The performance foundation will be much steadier, strengthening the capacity of the Company to resist the market risk. The cylindrical lithium ion battery technology which is advanced in China as well as independently researched and development is adopted for this project. At present, the construction of project enclosure is completed.
On August 22, the ground building of the project of lithium battery plant of Dynabat New Energy was
officially commenced, opening a new chapter of the Company. The
investment and construction of the lithium battery plant of DYNAVOLT
Power Technology is a milestone for it to enter the new energy industry
from a traditional lead battery manufacturer. It spends 10 months in
building an excellent lithium battery team and has completed the
purchase of key equipment, overall plant design and production process
design of the manufacturing plant. Its goal is to create a world-class
smart manufacturer of lithium battery and release lithium ion battery
for power with internationally advanced quality.
